Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

AN Construction & Remodel LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review and improve the site over time.

What We've Done

Recent work on this site includes: a visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, a label on every form field, a skip-to-content link, one clear heading per page, descriptive text for images, an accessible name on every icon-only control, support for reduced-motion preferences, and text that meets standard contrast targets.

Known Limitations

We know of a few areas that are not yet perfect:

• On tablet-sized screens, the small English/Spanish text links in the top utility bar are smaller than our usual 24x24 pixel touch-target size. On phone-sized screens, a larger language button in the mobile menu covers the same action.
• A small number of light-colored text elements sit on top of photo backgrounds (for example, the fine-print offer disclaimer on our promotions page). We have not measured contrast at every possible point of every photo, so contrast there may vary slightly by device and image.
• Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and our forms include Google reCAPTCHA. Both are built and controlled by Google, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
• We have not yet tested this site with real users of screen readers or other assistive technology. Our review has been done by manually checking code, keyboard navigation, and color contrast.
