This Privacy Policy explains how AN Construction & Remodel LLC ("AN Construction," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or contact us through it.

Cookies and Tracking Tools

• Google Ads. If you arrive at our site by clicking one of our Google ads, this tool records that visit so we can measure how our ads perform. For visitors who come from an ad, it may also swap the phone number shown on the page for a tracking number, so we can tell which calls came from that ad. If you call that number, the call reaches us the same as always.
• Google Ads call and form tracking. This tool notes when a visitor taps our phone number or successfully submits one of our forms, so we can measure which ads and pages lead to a call or a request. It does not record what you say on a call or what you type in a form.
• Google Analytics. This tool records general visit information, like which pages are viewed and how people move through the site, so we can see what's working. It loads a moment after the rest of the page, not immediately, to keep the site fast.
• A bot-detection tool on our forms. When you use a form on our site, this tool checks your interaction with the page to help filter out automated spam before your message reaches us. You'll see its name and a link to its own privacy terms directly on the form.

All of these tools run using JavaScript in your browser. If you have JavaScript turned off, none of them run, our forms still work, and our own spam filter (a hidden field bots tend to fill in but real visitors never see) still helps screen out spam.

We do not use social media pixels, session recording, or heatmap tools on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you send us to respond to your request, schedule an inspection or estimate, and follow up about your project. We use the automatic visit information described above to understand how people use our site and to measure our advertising.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this website and respond to you:

• A form delivery service, which receives what you type into our forms and passes it to our email inbox.
• The tracking and bot-detection tools described above, each of which receives the visit or interaction information described for that tool.
• A mapping service embedded on our contact page, which loads when you view that page so we can show our service area on a map.
• Our web host, which keeps standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

We may also share information if the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number on one of our forms, we may call or text you about your request, using the number you gave us.

Some of our forms also have an optional checkbox for text message updates. If you check that box, you agree to receive text messages from AN Construction & Remodel LLC about your request.
